Courthouse Kids opened Beauty and the Beast at Settle Victoria Hall on 18 March and ran through to the 21st — four shows, sold out across the run.
Fifty-six young people took the stage: a full ballroom dance, a complete "Be Our Guest" ensemble, and a Beast that could roar at the back row. Rehearsals began in January, and by opening night the cast had built something Settle clearly wanted to see — every night packed.
Just as big a story was the team behind the scenes: set, props, sound, lighting, projections, costumes, programme design, photography, fundraising, chaperones, get-in and strike crew, and front-of-house stewards. Thank you to everyone who helped, and to Settle Victoria Hall and their stewards for hosting us.
