Courthouse Kids opened Beauty and the Beast at Settle Victoria Hall on 18 March 2026 and ran through to the 21st, four shows, almost completely sold out across the run.
Fifty-six young people on stage. Rehearsals began in January 2026. By opening night the cast had a full ballroom dance, a complete “Be Our Guest” ensemble, and a Beast that could roar at the back row.
A real team effort behind the scenes too, set, props, sound, lighting, projections, costumes, programme design, photography, fundraising, programme and raffle sales front-of-house, chaperones, get-in and strike crew, transport, and FOH stewards.
